Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

As we know we have a significant impact on our envrionment. In 2007 alone the U.S. emitted more than 7 billion metric tons of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere . And with emissions increasing at over 1% per year, it makes sense as to why we have warmer summers and cooler winters!

In 2005, former U.S. President Bill Clinton said, “Whether you get a little or a lot accomplished here, when you get home, do something to reduce your country’s green-house gas emissions”

That’s why at Mitto we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint.  We have partnered up with TerraPass to sponsor clean energy and carbon reduction projects that result in a verified, measurable reduction in carbon emissions.
